Colorado Estate Services is one of Colorado’s leading real estate teams specializing in probate, trust, and inherited property sales. Since 2023, we’ve focused on building a real estate service specifically around the needs of executors, trustees, heirs, and families managing estate property. Through our work with probate attorneys and families across Colorado, we recognized that estate sales often require far more hands-on support than a traditional real estate transaction. Today, we manage the entire real estate side of an estate, from cleanouts and property preparation to sale strategy, marketing, and closing. Our goal is to give families one point of contact while working to achieve the strongest possible outcome for the estate.
The Team
Matthew Cobb
Matt brings the financial and investment side of the equation to Colorado Estate Services. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in finance, he has spent years investing in and managing rental properties while building a career helping Colorado families buy and sell real estate.
That experience gives Matt a valuable perspective when families are deciding what to do with an inherited property. Rather than assuming selling immediately is always the answer, he helps clients understand their options, evaluate the financial considerations, and make a decision that makes sense for the estate and the people involved.
Matt moved to Colorado from Ohio in 2003 and has called it home ever since. He and his wife are raising their two sons, Will and Wyatt, here. When he’s away from real estate, Matt enjoys hiking, climbing Colorado’s 14ers, and spending time outdoors with his family.
Dave Quale
Dave brings a hands-on approach to estate real estate, shaped by experience in construction, property renovation, investing, and negotiation. Before becoming a full-time Realtor, he worked in construction and later led a team of contract negotiators in the insurance technology industry—two backgrounds that now prove especially valuable when evaluating inherited homes, managing contractors, and negotiating on behalf of an estate.
At Colorado Estate Services, Dave works closely with families from the first walkthrough through closing, helping determine what a property needs, what it doesn’t, and the best strategy for moving forward. He particularly enjoys taking complicated or overwhelming properties and creating a clear plan for the family.
Originally from Wisconsin, Dave moved to Colorado in 2019. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him snowboarding, hiking, rafting, running, or finding another excuse to be in the mountains.
