Matt moved to Colorado from Ohio in 2003 to embrace the state’s active lifestyle, and he brings that same energy to helping families through probate real estate. With a finance degree from The Ohio State University and years of experience managing rental properties, Matt excels at simplifying the often complex probate process for his clients. He’s also a proud husband and father of two boys, Will and Wyatt. Matt’s expertise spans both real estate and investment strategy, and his involvement in the community is a testament to his dedication. When he’s not working, Matt enjoys climbing Colorado’s 14ers, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
Dave Quale
Dave has been immersed in real estate for the past five years, specializing in helping families navigate the complexities of probate property sales. With a strong background in construction and hands-on experience flipping, renting, and selling homes across Denver, Dave understands the unique challenges that come with probate transactions. His prior role leading contract negotiators in the insurance tech industry sharpened his skills in managing difficult negotiations, ensuring his clients get the best outcomes. Dave’s knowledge and compassionate approach provide guidance before, during, and long after the sale. When he’s not working, you’ll find him enjoying Colorado’s outdoor adventures—whether snowboarding, hiking, or rafting.
